Key Terms Used in These Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context so requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Who May Use the dm444 Platform

Access to the dm444 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. dm444 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close any Account found to be in breach of these criteria.

• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration.
• You must register using a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you personally own and control.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have a current account suspension in place.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of dm444 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for a third party, and must be playing with your own funds.

Account Registration and Security Obligations

Each User may hold only one Account on the dm444 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. dm444 uses mobile number verification to enforce the one-account-per-person rule.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. You must promptly update your Account information if any detail changes. dm444 may require documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided, particularly when processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

dm444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via supported local payment methods. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. All balances displayed on the Platform are denominated in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. No maximum deposit limit applies unless a specific limit is set by the User via responsible gaming controls.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) for amounts above applicable thresholds. dm444 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified Accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for bank transfer methods (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank) may be longer depending on the receiving institution. dm444 does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment providers.

• dm444 reserves the right to request identification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the sender.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• dm444 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Any funds that are suspected to be derived from illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

dm444 offers promotional bonuses including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit, reload bonuses, and special event promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket fixtures and cultural events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotions page at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus.

Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your Account. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first be converted to withdrawable funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement. Winnings generated from bonus funds above the wagering requirement threshold become withdrawable real-money balance.

Rules Governing Use of Games on the Platform

All games offered on the dm444 Platform operate according to their published rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, the User confirms that they have read and understood the rules of the game being played. dm444 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, ensuring that outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by prior results.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. dm444 does not accept requests to void or reverse a bet after it has been accepted and the game round or event has begun.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, dm444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the User's Account balance.
• Sports betting odds and markets are set by dm444 and may be subject to change before the event begins. dm444 reserves the right to suspend a market, restrict bet sizes, or void bets on a specific event at its discretion.
• Live casino game results are determined by the physical outcome of the live table (cards, roulette wheel, dice). Where a discrepancy arises between the live stream display and the actual physical outcome, the physical outcome shall be the authoritative result.
• Maximum winnings from a single game round may be capped. The applicable cap, if any, is stated in the individual game rules. dm444 is not obligated to pay winnings above any stated maximum payout limit.

dm444 reserves the right to limit a User's access to specific game types or stake sizes where unusual betting patterns are detected, without prior notice and without being required to disclose the reasoning behind such a restriction.

Actions That Are Strictly Prohibited on dm444

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dm444 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Suspension, Closure, and Termination of Accounts

dm444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or fair play standards. Account suspension does not automatically entitle the User to a refund of their Account balance — this will be determined by the outcome of any investigation.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting dm444 support. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

• Accounts that are inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. dm444 will attempt to notify the User via their registered mobile number before applying any dormancy fees.
• dm444 reserves the right to close the Platform to Users in specific jurisdictions at any time if required by applicable law or commercial reasons.
• Upon permanent closure of an Account by dm444 for breach of these Terms, all bonus balances and winnings derived from gameplay during the period of breach are forfeited.
• Users who disagree with an Account action may submit a formal complaint through the dm444 support channel. dm444 will respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dm444 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds through gaming outcomes; losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures; losses arising from the User's failure to read or understand game or bonus rules; or any losses arising from Account suspension or termination in accordance with these Terms.

dm444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from errors at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features within it. dm444 will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of planned or unplanned unavailability.

Ownership of Platform Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the dm444 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software, game interfaces provided by dm444, and the dm444 brand name and mark — is the intellectual property of dm444 or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without express written permission from dm444 is strictly prohibited.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

dm444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, dm444 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by SMS to the User's registered mobile number. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to request voluntary Account closure. dm444 is not liable for any inconvenience arising from your choice not to accept revised Terms.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users agree that any dispute arising in connection with their use of the dm444 Platform shall first be submitted to dm444's internal complaints procedure by contacting support at [email protected]. dm444 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
